Today, Golden Dragon is a coach manufacturer with a full and complete range of coach products in China. At present, Golden Dragon is conducting a technical upgrading of its coach processes. After the completion of this upgrading, Golden Dragon will have not only China’s first body pre-treatment and cathode electrophoretic primer line for complete large coaches, but also the nation’s first electrophoretic painting line for complete large coaches.

        Moreover, Golden Dragon has implemented automated control for the key process parameters of its paint mixing system; it uses cathode electrophoresis for the primer, paints the vehicle bottom with anti-pebble glue, sands and seals welding seams, and employs equipment produced by leading US companies for floating coat and finishing coat, featuring high electrostatic spraying atomization, good coating uniformity, and strong adhesion.

        The improvement of its production process, the high efficiency of its logistics system, the full implementation of its superior production management and the application of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, have allowed Golden Dragon to occupy a leadership position in the domestic coach industry in terms of manufacturing expertise. 
   
        Golden Dragon has embarked on a development path of independent innovations. It operates a provincial-level technology center armed with more than 150 professionals with expertise in complete vehicles, chassis and electric appliances, including 45 personnel with senior professional ranks and 63 personnel with intermediate professional ranks. Golden Dragon has also strengthened technological cooperation with Sweden’s Scania, Japan’s Hino and many other international coach manufacturers. Such international exchange and cooperation have allowed Golden Dragon to develop core technologies that fit China’s actuality. Golden Dragon is also committed to improving its independent development capabilities and its product development capabilities rank among the best in the domestic industry. In 2005, Golden Dragon was accredited by the Ministry of Communications as a high grade 3 coach builder. For four consecutive years, Golden Dragon has launched more than 20 new products per annum. It owns full-load technology, hybrid power coach technology, low entrance public bus technology, and clean fuel coach technology, all of which has proprietary intellectual property rights. Golden Dragon also leads the industry in safe and green coach fields. Moreover, its new coach products have won several awards in national competitions.
